A New Generation of Warriors
Let me welcome you to Day One of Warrior Leadership Summit (WLS). I’m living the answers to your prayers. We prayed that this might be the largest gathering at a Warrior Leadership Summit we’ve ever had. It was only a few years ago that fifty Native young people came together, and then there were a hundred, and then there were a couple of hundred. I’m excited to tell you that there are over six hundred people at this Warrior Leadership Summit. There are also seventy nations represented here. What a day it has been!
We’ve had vans, cars, and planes. Vehicles have come from all over. We’ve had people come from an Eskimo Village right next to the Bering Sea, all the way across Northern Canada—people who left two and a half days ago to start driving here. It’s almost like there has been a magnet at this conference center drawing Native young people from all over the continent. They have literally come from the four corners of the United States and Canada.
This year, we even have for the first time, representatives from the largest Indian tribe in the world from South America. We have our first Native leaders from there here at WLS. This thing is literally almost spanning the hemisphere in terms of the people that are participating.

We Will Carry the Gospel
Here's a little bit of what God did at our final day of Warrior Leadership Summit.
In the morning message, we talked about riding the storm of hard times and struggles because so many of these youth will be going home to difficult environments and surroundings. The Bible teaches that our hard times can be turned into God times. The message was well received by the youth and it was an encouragement to them.
We also were able to honor our elders this morning, as we do every year, where we give the elders awards for their lifetime of faithfulness to Jesus Christ. There was a standing ovation for these wonderful Christian elders who have walked with God for a lifetime.

Update on the miracle we've been praying for!
We launched this Summer of Hope in total faith that God would provide through His people. We are so grateful that 81% of the funds needed for this Summer of Hope are in! Our young warriors are learning a lesson in faith as they join us in believing God for the remaining amount, even as we go to battle. The miracle is within reach.
If each person receiving this report gave a gift of just $27.99, the remaining need would be met.
If God leads and enables you to help, we'll be grateful and some awesome Native young people will be encouraged. Thank you!

Warriors of Hope - Update From Ron Hutchcraft
The key word for day four at Warrior Leadership Summit might be “warriors.” The first people of this continent have a warrior’s spirit. They have always been valiant and fearless warriors. They’ve fought for this nation in every war since the Revolutionary War. So, we know that we’re talking warriors. You might think of names like Sitting Bull, Crazy Horse, and Geronimo.

A Wonderful Experience
Let me focus on some of the high points from Warrior Leadership Summit.
This evening, Doug Hutchcraft was the speaker in our main session. He did a tremendous job in talking about the importance of every one of the warriors in that room going home and being a rescuer who is committed to rescuing their friends and family with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
