Matching Gift Program

RHM has a Matching Gift Program available for individuals who desire to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” 

What are matching gift funds?

Matching gifts are funds that are committed to RHM but are only given to RHM when other contributors give an equal amount (or match your gift dollar for dollar). 

How does the program work?

RHM will combine funds committed by all program participants as matching funds.  Once the matching fund total is determined, RHM will communicate that amount to other potential donors. 

When will I be asked to send in my matching contribution?

When dollar-for-dollar matching funds come into RHM we will inform program participants that their “matching gifts” have been met.  At that time your participating “matching gift” would be sent to RHM. 

What if RHM does not raise all the funds to reach the match?

RHM will inform you of the percentage of your commitment that should be sent into RHM.

Are there any restrictions to be part of the program?

Because of the amount of administration involved, a recommended minimum gift of $1,000 is requested to participate in the Matching Gift Program.
